Cathedral kids

Come check us out during our 11am Sunday Service in the Peace Hall, across the street from the Cathedral. We have fun, share and learn together. Our Kids Program runs Sunday mornings at 11am during our Family Service.

Kia ora I'm Rachel,

I am a Mum to Reuben and Arden, wife of Hayden, lover of poems, plants and people. Pre-"mumlife" I taught at Oakura Primary, ran a small tea business, a small church and studied theology. I'm excited to get stuck into making kids church at Mere Tapu an even closer knit crew of awesome tiny humans learning together about God and this world around us. If you see me around say hi! I'd love to hear your story and your dreams for our community.

Prayer Prompts:Thanks… Sorry… Please…”

One of our families at St Mary’s uses this tool for prayer with their kids. This is a simple way to help our kids develop mindful prayers from a very young age.

“Thanks for my awesome feet I used today to smash a win for my team at school”

“Sorry for teasing my younger brother and not listening to Mum”

“Please help it not to rain too much tomorrow so we can play football again at school”

Amen.
